Bridal Veil Falls

Bridal Veil Falls, just outside of Portland

A lovely walk 1/4 of a mile down a well laid out gravel trail, lined with small white Trillium flowers. There is a wooden bridge (see Teri’s photo) and steps going up to the falls. At the top there is a viewing platform. Be prepared for lots of people.

To get to the falls follow the road signs. There are lots of other waterfalls and trails in the area, that’s why people are parking along the side of the roads – don’t park in the first parking area because Bridal Veil Falls is not there. Use the signed parking lot further along the road.

There are flushing toilets and running water (always a plus for Teri). We class this as an easy hike.
